Spectrum Eye Care, Inc. has grown from a small single-doctor practice to a leader in eye care with over 50 employees. We believe our success lies with our people. Our dedicated staff of medical professionals is committed to providing our patients with the care they deserve. To be as efficient and effective as possible, we have divided our team into six individual departments. Each department plays a key role in the exceptional level of eye care we provide.
Director of Operations

The administrative staff works in the management of the practice as a whole. Their main goal is to ensure the business is operating at the most efficient and effective level. Operations, HR, strategic planning, and financial bookkeeping are just a few of the many tasks they carry out on a daily basis.
Our Clinic Coordinators play a major role in keeping our business running efficiently. They are well versed in the optical world and assist our doctors, administration, and any department in our office when necessary.
Our clinical staff is made up of highly trained technicians and scribes that assist in the patient care process. Their tasks include various visual testing, taking measurements of vision, updating medical history, and assisting the doctors in eye examinations. To ensure the highest quality of care, many of our technicians are Certified Ophthalmic Assistants (C.O.A.).
Our optical staff has a passion for finding the eye wear that is meant for you. All of our opticians are licensed under the Ohio Optical Dispensers Board. We are the only optical dispensary in the area to offer this level of expertise. We also house a dedicated contact lens department in charge of providing patients with the best solutions for contact lenses available.
Surgery Scheduling Lead
Our Surgery Scheduling department has a very important role in our clinic. They serve as the patient liaison between the doctors, our schedulers, and the surgical center for any optical surgery
Your time is important to us. Our friendly schedulers know how busy our patients can be. They strive to accommodate all scheduling requests and work to find a time that is best for you and your doctor.
Contact Lens Coordinator
We also house a dedicated contact lens department in charge of providing patients with quality care for all contact lens needs.
The Billing/Insurance Department handles all patient payments and insurance charges. They also work with medicare plans, including PPO and HMO. The billing staff is happy to answer any questions regarding payments or insurance at (419) 422-6190, extension 7.
Our Patient Service Specialists are the first to greet you with a smile and are ready to help with an efficient check-in. They strive to ensure a smooth transition from check-in to seeing your doctor in a timely fashion. They also handle the check-out process to get you on your way after seeing your doctor.
